🛒 Ingredients

Main:

1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
2 cups cooked macaroni
1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 tsp mild taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup cream cheese or ricotta
1 cup sweet corn
½ cup finely diced red bell pepper
¼ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Make the biscuit base: Flatten biscuits and press into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan. Bake 5–7 minutes until slightly firm.
Cook the meat: Brown ground meat in a skillet. Drain fat and stir in taco seasoning, corn, bell pepper, and milk.
Mix mac n cheese filling: Combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, and cream cheese/ricotta until creamy.
Combine filling with meat: Fold cooked meat mixture into mac n cheese filling.
Assemble the bake: Pour filling into pre-baked biscuit base. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
Bake 20–25 minutes until biscuit base is golden and filling is bubbly.
Serve: Slice and garnish with parsley if desired.
