Oven Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces

  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl

  4. Cover the chicken in the egg

  5. Mix some flour and italian seasoning in a bowl

  6. Now Place the chicken into the flour mixture, make sure it's thinly coated

  7. Put the chicken on a pan with aluminum foil (Note: we did not it and it was a pain)

  8. Put the pan in the oven for 20 minutes flipping it half way through

  9. Take the chicken out of the oven and dunk it in sauce until coated evenly and place the pan back in the oven for 5 minutes

  10. Take the chicken out of the oven, drizzle a second layer of sauce, and then put it back in the oven for 2-3 minutes
